Account & Data Deletion
YJ Publishing apps may use Google Sign-In and/or Sign in with Apple (OAuth) for account creation and authentication.
How to request account deletion
To request deletion of your account and associated data, please email us at
[email protected].
Please send the request from the email address associated with your Google/Apple sign-in, or include that email address in the message.
We may ask for additional information only to verify ownership of the account and prevent unauthorized deletion.
What will be deleted
Your account record associated with Google/Apple sign-in for our app(s).
Data linked to your account within the app (if any), such as app preferences or entitlement state (where applicable).
What may be retained
Security / fraud-prevention logs and minimal operational records may be retained for up to 30 days and then permanently deleted.
If retention is required by law (e.g., accounting/transaction records), the required data may be retained for the legally mandated period.
